The Agnihotra ash inside makes it a pleasure to eat from. The bowl is left plain on the outside and only glazed on the inside. The Agnihotra ash is contained in the clay and also in the glaze. The ash glaze contains no chemical additives and is therefore completely natural. This ash changes the crystals of the water components of the food in the bowl
