The Schlossberg is located directly in front of Achkarren in the Kaiserstuhl area, where the Syrah grows on the sunny south facing slope. The wines are complex, mineral and spicy with salty notes, smoky flint and intense, dark fruit aromas as well as the typical pepper notes of the Syrah grape.
