The 2025 release was distilled at Castle & Key in Frankfort, Kentucky from a mash of 75 percent corn, 15 percent rye, and 10 percent malted barley, aged over three years in char #4 new American oak, then assembled by co founder Sean Josephs, proofed to 100 with limestone filtered
