Wassmann Cabernet Franc Villany Hungary 2020 Big Bottle Their goal was to makeSusann and Ralf Wassmann left Germany for Villny, Hungary's southernmost wine region, and built one of its most uncompromising small estates: in 2003 they became the first in Villny recognized as organic growers, and Demeter biodynamic certification followed in 2011. From two hectares around the village of Sikls, Cabernet Franc is their top wine, planted in 2007 in a cooler corner of the region at roughly 225 meters on deeper clay and limestone soils.
