Tasting Note Deep ruby with a lively mousse. The nose shows rich chocolate, raspberry and dark berry fruit, with a fragrant yeasty complexity in the background. On the palate it is medium bodied but full of flavour, with zesty berry fruit, a creamy texture and fresh, balancing acidity. Serve it well chilled and it really comes alive.
