The Block 5 Pinot Noir undergoes maturation for approximately 15 to 17 months in a blend of new (35%) and seasoned French oak. Distinctive for its spicy, earthy profile, accompanied by notes of redcurrant and black cherry fruits, the wine showcases silky, fine,
