ACS Stonethrowers Kit World Cup a charity run by ForwardLooking for a proper club to follow in Syracuse? Look no further! Conceived and designed by Derek Reese, ACS Stonethrowers is a club actually connected to the city of Syracuse (imagine!) Syracuse is home to the only "green on top" traffic light in the U. S. The "green on top" traffic light was installed in 1928 as a result of local youths throwing rocks at the "British red" light that was originally on top. These locals became known as "stonethrowers"
