Pusole Karamare 23 Field blend (Grenache Blanc Style: Orange / Amber -Karamare ('towards the sea') is Pusole's standout rediscovery: a wine made from Cannonau Bianco, a nearly extinct native white grape recently confirmed as a natural cross between red Cannonau and the table grape Galoppu found nowhere else in the world. Grown on 10 year old vines on magnesium rich schist soil facing the sea, the grapes macerate on their skins for about 10 days before ageing partly in barrique and tonneau. Deep golden orange colour,
