Vnya Chaat Masala illustration soothing elaichiOur Chaat Masala is a burst of tang and spice just like the street side chaat stalls we grew up loving, but made in my mothers home kitchen with real, thoughtful ingredients. Its a careful balance of roasted jeera, kala namak, amchur, black pepper, and a hint of ajwain. Each ingredient holds a purpose jeera and ajwain aid digestion, kala namak keeps it cooling, and amchur adds that sharp, natural zing. There are no artificial flavours or colours here
