The fast Petzval design makes it perfect for wide angle astrophotography, with one Super low dispersion glass (SD) element that minimizes chromatic aberration. Like many Askar refractors, the 50P does not need an external field flattener. While its image circle covers sensors as large as APS C, it excels at imaging with 1" sensors. The
