Shelving wool Through the Window at MorwellRust streaked metal shelving lines both sides of a narrow storeroom aisle, terminating at a corrugated metal wall. The floorboards beneath are darkened and warped from water ingress. A partially legible sign on the left unit shows fragments including '000' and 'FIR RIG E', its full message worn past reading. Awaba Colliery operated from 1947 until coal reserves in the Great Northern Seam were exhausted in 2012. Part of the Awaba Colliery series.
