Kim tracked down the original car catalog and you can see, it actually existed! (we have the orange version shown in the catalog, too). Mindblowing, right?! The durability lends itself perfectly to handbags, as well as the awesome textile stripe design. Kim found an entire warehouse of dead stock auto fabric in South Central Los Angeles in the early 2000's
