The platter is superb quality, extremely well made. The oval platter has an attractive gadrooned design around the rim. There is a fine crest in the form of a shield with three lions heads on it. The tray is very well made and has good weight. This piece, although certainly not large enough for a roast or a turkey, is a great size. It would be practical for serving dozens and
