Palmeri Adán Garnacha Gran Reserva 2015 Top Value This wine is made from100% Garnacha from 40 50 year old vines. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation take place over 12 months in French oak vats, where malolactic fermentation also occurs. The wine is then aged for 36 months in French and American oak barrels and 15 months in the bottle to become Gran Reserva. On the palate it is soft almost silky with well integrated acidity and ripe smootyh tannins. It was a powerful finish with intense fruit character. Best enjoyed
