This shade is a rich medium toned blue creme nail polish. Brown Pelicans are brought to International Bird Rescue for care for a variety of reasons, from oil spills and food shortages to fishing gear related injuries. Since 2009, Bird Rescue has been equipping rehabilitated Brown Pelicans with special blue bands before their
