A cream field is divided by acanthus leaf bands into four cream cartouches and two blue panels. The four cartouches contain classical Roman motifs and the two blue panels contain a royal shield held by a pair of gold lions with a gold crown above. A circular central medallion encloses an octagonal blue and gold medallion and four lyres. Four navy black corners contain scrolls of
