Alessandro Veglio Barbera d'Alba 2022 Size:750mL A cross between Crljenak KaštelanskiWith its modest tannins and bright acidity, barbera is a versatile, food friendly wine that's equally at home with lean meats and roasted chicken as it is with grilled vegetables and tofu. The grapes here are just coming into their age, planted in the early 2000s. Each vintage is fermented and aged in stainless steel, taking a more modern approach to an otherwise classic variety. This vintage is especially bright, with plenty of cherry, strawberry,
