We cold infuse the honey passing on all the flavour characteristics of this unique fruit sweet, sour and bitter. Using locally grown yuzu gives the final product a more robust flavour compared to other yuzu products that use imported juice. Yuzu is a fragrant ancient citrus from Asia with amazing
