it looks as if the box containing the briquettes has been cut down

The top is rather open so it would either need to be pinned together or would have to have an undershirt

The colors represent the color lead that should go inside

This is a great collector or display piece

I am not entirely sure what these are for but judging from the language on the tablets they are likely related to Luftwaffe communications since some of the fields cover the weather and air conditions over locations. I am guessing this would be what you would fill out when a call came in about a specific area, say some unit requests air support. This is just a guess.
