Christian Van Der Kooy - Anastasiia She Folds Her Memories Like A Parachute Propaganda the Austrian artist Herbert StattlerAnastasiia is a declaration of love from a Kyivan student to her foreign lover and her native land, Ukraine. Through parallel streams of texts and images a dialogue between Anastasiia and her lover is reconstructed over a period of two years in which Ukraine faced major changes. Anastasiias report is above all an interpretation and exploration of her daily life and a reflection on security and warmth in times of confusing propaganda and war violence.
