The Gothic script reads Unteroffiziervorschule indicating this was worn at the Army NCO Preparatory Schools, which were established on April 1, 1940 by both students and teachers. This cufftitle shows light wear and discoloration, and the ends are unfinished. It measures 18 inches (47. 625cm) long. This is in very good condition!
