IOP Program- You are required to complete a minimum of 6 hours per week (3 days/2 hours each) for 9 weeks (totaling 27 sessions/ 54 hours)

Failure to meet attendance/payment requirements may result in additional fees or being unsuccessfully discharged from the program

NOTE: An electronic copy of the certificate of completion and status report is sent to P

you are required to attend the same days/time each week for the entire nine weeks

INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDSIOP Program You are required to complete a minimum of 6 hours per week (3 days 2 hours each) for 9 weeks (totaling 27 sessions 54 hours) Registration fee is included. If you are required to complete IOP and SOP, you must complete IOP first followed by SOP WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Unless you have made PROPER arrangements with the counselor PRIOR to your scheduled class, you are required to attend the same days time each week for the entire nine weeks.
