It measures about a little over 6" tall including the little handle and the diameter of the base is about 3 7/8"

The outsides may have some light wear/age and there may be slight color variation

the photos make it look a lot lighter

It is in decent condition for what it is

It should open by twisting the top until the holes on the side would line up which would allow the contents to come out. The tin has a few dents, as it is only made of thin aluminum. The top states that it is a modern refreshing, stimulating tobacco. It measures just under 2" in diameter.
