Life is a Cabaret Zine Politics Since the punk-era London ofAbout Life is a Cabaret: Life is a Cabaret documents conversations spun from Elises couch as Shalaka, Elise, and Natalie shared a blanket while watching Cabaret (1972). About the creators: Shalaka, Elise, and Natalie are cultural workers raised by the suburbs, currently based in Kitchener, ON. Equipped with a haphazard set of skills and interests, they began this project with a curiosity of exploring oral storytelling traditions across their families,
