Domaine Mikael Boutin Rasteau 2022 Oregon (50% new oakMikael Boutin produces his Rasteau in a non interventionist fashion from a mere 2 hectares of vines (certified organic). A blend of 60% Grenache with 10% each of Syrah, Mourvdre, Carignan and Cinsault, the wine is fermented and aged in concrete tanks. It shows a balance and purity of fruit that is especially attractive compared to the many over ripe and heavily extracted wines found in the Southern Rhne. The bright, pure nose shows clean, fresh cherry
