It was fired three times, glazed twice and also treated with pollution and sumi ink. The base might bleed some ink for a few weeks. (it will then stop) But the bowl is safe to use with matcha. Not good for anyone who would like to use modern kitchen appliances here. Stamped with the "Witold Riedel 2023" stamp at the base
