PRO FLAKE - 1 gel paint Seal with Pro Chrome TopBEST RESULT APPLY ON TOP BLACK GEL COLOR. Instructions: Apply Black Gel color (cure 60s ). Apply a layer Pro Chrome Top and Base( cure 30 seconds) Use a sponge or a silicone brush to buff a thin layer of flake onto nail surface. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 one more time for the perfect look.
