There are two 3 4" ventilation portals: 1 on each opposing corner of the long sides. Fill the 2 1 8" space above the hardware cloth with light fluffy wood shavings (NOT wood dust!) or burlap. Moist air will pass through the quilt box material and condenses at the top, the ventilation portals allow it to dry
