Fair Trade Camerounian Brass Disc Bracelet Kenya reverse applique work and crossHandcrafted of recycled brass using the "lost wax" method of casting at an artisans' cooperative in Bamenda, Cameroun, this brass bracelet is a wonderful example of traditional West African ornamentation and design. The exquisite detail and decoration on the piece were achieved using finely woven wax threads which is a hallmark of "lost wax" casting. The brass alloy was made from recycled metal. It is 2 3 4" in diameter.
