This 1960s silk chiffon goddess dress is by a high end Toronto designer Ruth Dukas who did custom pieces for the jet set

There is so much volume in it I think that if it was laid out on the floor flat it would be a full circle skirt and then some

This dress really moves wonderfully when on and is quite beautiful and striking
