Dying Light Size:XS 000 in November 1939Purple light from a grimy window cuts across worn red carpet on the auditorium floor of Marina Picture Palace, picking out dark patterned wallpaper and yellow graffiti beneath a boarded up opening. A section of the ceiling has given way, exposing timber beams and debris. The cinema opened on 28 May 1927 and closed its doors for the final time on 8 February 1984.
