The cowl is a bandana style so there is not too much bulk at the back, with a fold over collar for added warmth. You will receive the exact cowl shown in the photos. This yarn is made from mulesing free wool which comes from Uruguay on farms which raise free range sheep herded by old style shepherds, and it is hand spun and kettle dyed in Peru. It is approximately 15 high
